Art/Craft vendors Car/Bike owners sought for
1st Annual Duane Ellsworth Post 129 Extravaganza Queen Creek, AZ (March 12th& 13th, 2010) The American Legion Duane Ellsworth Post 129 is inviting arts and crafts vendors as well as car and bike owners to apply for booth space at the 1st Annual Duane Ellsworth Post 129 Extravaganza, Friday and Saturday, March 12th & 13th, at the Queen Creek Horseshoe Equestrian Park, 20464 E. Riggs Road, Queen Creek.
Arts/Craft Fair vendor fee is $115 for Friday & Saturday. $70 for Saturday only. 10’ x 10’ with no electric spaces as well as 12’ x 12’ available with electric at the same cost. All vendor products must be original or consist of a specialty item. Commercially produced, import products and catalog items will only be accepted if they are displayed as a gift and will be limited. Vendors will be chosen on a first come first served basis. 200 vendors max.
Car/Bike show fee is $15.00 per vehicle, vehicles will be chosen on a first come first served basis. 150 cars/100 bikes max.
1st Annual Duane Ellsworth Post 129 Extravaganza is a family event. Featuring live entertainment by country artist Michael Peterson, Xtreme Bull Riding, Saddle Bronc and Bareback Riding, Barrel Racing, Gymkhana, Car/Bike Show, Arts/Crafts Fair and an interactive kid zone. This annual event is expected to draw 2,000 – 3,000 people.
