Sabor Tapas Lounge, the newest Spanish restaurant in the Valley, is an oasis in the desert for those who yearn for a touch of authentic Spain – the Spain that the average tourist rarely sees. With a chef from Galicia , who can doubt that the food will be superb? Be among the first to visit Sabor. Master Flamenco guitarist Ricardo de Cristóbal will provide romantic and passionate Spanish and Flamenco guitar music for diners and then be joined by Flamenco dancer Linda Machado - together they will perform authentic, improvisational Flamenco in a tablao setting in which the audience becomes part of the show.
