And on December 31st, an added treat will be an exciting New Year’s Eve performance of Flamenco dance and guitar. Master Flamenco guitarist Ricardo de Cristóbal will provide romantic and passionate Spanish and Flamenco guitar music then be joined by Flamenco dancer Linda Machado - together they will perform authentic, improvisational Flamenco in a tablao setting in which the audience becomes part of the show.
Linda and Ricardo (Un Corazón Flamenco) have toured nationally and internationally, are Roster Artists with the Arizona Commission on the Arts, and are Directors of The Spanish Cultural Center.
Linda and Ricardo provide the kind of intimate and improvisational flamenco performances that only sou l m ates can attain. Truly “Un Corazón” (“One Heart”), this husband and wife duo’s deep connection to each other and to the mysteries of Flamenco keep audiences enthralled as they are drawn into an authentic flamenco experience with two exceptional artists sharing their passion for each other and the art of Flamenco.
