I hope our conversation in person this evening brings future intelligent/civil conversation on many issues. I hope on future issues that we disagree we can simply agree to disagree, leaving personal remarks unsaid..
I'm extending a hand shake publicly to you Elliot ...
I'm willing to let bygones be bygones .. for a fresh communication start

Elliot has never given me "free legal advice" about my permenant guardianship matter with my grandaughter.. I asked about formatting ...
Christa Rizzi
Christa,
You are correct in explaining to Starlit and others here on the blog that I am not a lawyer for if I gave "free legal advise" I could get in trouble for impersonating a lawyer. Agreed, I don't believe that Starlit's wording was the best.
Starlit did have a point, though. I know she does not like ungrateful people. Thank you for finally admitting that I have assisted someone in the community, namely yourself. Starlit is aware of all the flak I get for having strong opinions. Never do I get any credit no matter what. Whilst I do not care whether people are rude or not to me, my supporter Starlit does. We are all different.
Christa you asked me tonight about your Tshirt. Is a Tshirt meant to be some proof where someone works? Personally, I've always had to have a security pass and a fingerprinting clearance.
I have a P F Chang Tshirt which I got as a gift. I never worked for P F Chang nor have I unfortunately had enough time to run in their charity rally. One day, I'd love to do that.
At tonight's City Council meeting, you might have noticed I wore an Arizona Stone Tshirt. Again, I am no stonemason.
Got it?
As you know, I've been a legal party to several cases and learned that information which I freely gave you the hard way. It cost me lots of time and money to gain the knowledge to be able to help you. You didn't even have to pay for one phone call to acquire it or wait until the receptionist/secretary transfers you ...
And yes, I do hope everything with your granddaughter goes swell.

Elliott treats all his supporters really well.
Thank you for asking, Christa.
If he can offer you, Christa free legal advise when you are so nasty to him in these here blogs, why would he not help his true supporters like myself when I'm having car problems for instance?
Elliott's come over to my house and helped me put dimmer switches in all my light switches. He's given me a huge bag of oranges just today!
Christa, you are much too smart to believe the almost comical stories put out by his political foes.
Mrs. Fisher,
You can stop the charade now Elliot (and you) slipped again several times in the Apache Junction forum ...
Elliot has never given me "free legal advice" about my permenant guardianship matter with my grandaughter.. I asked about formatting ...
You were there, for heaven sakes stop your lying and exaggerating...
I have been around as long as Elliot, his propaganda will be challenged by truth and facts ..

Don't forget his attacks against Mormons. Elliott loves to bash the Mormons.
Independent? Hardly. His actions, paranoia, and schizophrenic (see Def #2 Starlit) political actions suggest that he is at best an Anarchist.

Sounds like she left the place a pigsty so no, a Lady Krysta is not. A Lady would not be a slovenly slattern. Noone has to tell a lady to clean up. She would not be seen in a mess.
How about telling us all what the dispute was about, Krysta?
Takes two, Krysta to actually have a "dispute."
The Editor's choice of gadfly rather than Activist to me shows media bias.
What about the Police bias? I mean, arrested entering one's own home! Not at all logical.
Possible criminal behavior by the then A J Police towards Activists? I wonder how many others out there have had police 'incompetencies' shall we say.
If the article is valid that Elliott had to force himself INTO HIS OWN HOME, I'd be asking why. It was HIS own home the article says - not Krysta's.

Joe may no longer reside in Apache Junction but he certainly isn't "gone" ....
I've seen and talked to him and many others have as well .. He's active in the community that he now resides in ...
In fact Joe hasn't fallen off the Apache Junction wagon any more than Glenn Walp has ..

WHAT??? I don't think so Elliott!!!
A.J. political gadfly runs afoul with law
Art Martori, Tribune
August 7, 2006 - 6:05AM
After four failed mayoral campaigns, and countless initiative drives, Elliott Fisher crashed back into the public eye last week. Apache Junction police nabbed the 42-year-old gadfly on July 21 after an altercation with a woman house-sitting for him and a car crash in which he collided with a motorcycle.
Fisher, a nurse and longtime political activist, was arrested on suspicion of making harassing phone calls, trespassing and for an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court.
Fisher’s legal entanglement began when he went to visit Krysta Agerone, an Apache Junction woman, to confront her about money she owed him and to tell her to clean up the home where she was staying, which belongs to Fisher’s sister.
Agerone told police that Fisher harassed her over the phone, came to the residence and then forced his way in while swearing and screaming at her.
When Fisher saw that Agerone had called police, he took off in a 1980 Chevrolet pickup, according to police reports. About 30 minutes later, witnesses said they saw Fisher turn left into a motorcycle driven by Troy Dickerson, also of Apache Junction.
Two witnesses told police that Fisher struck Dickerson’s Harley-Davidson, and one of them noted that Dickerson “flew about 6 feet in the air, landing on his hand and head.” Dickerson was taken to the hospital for leg pain, but was later released.
The warrant for Fisher’s arrest was issued because he missed a court date in April over allegations that he had rented rooms without a business license. He claimed many people rent rooms without a license and accused the city of picking on him.
Fisher admitted the dispute with Agerone and that he was involved in the vehicle crash, but said the criminal charges are part of a larger conspiracy against him. He said the city is retaliating against him because of his outspoken criticism of government.
“I’m a political problem for them, and there’s an election coming,” he said. “They’re trying to get me out of the way.”
Fisher has campaigned for various city and county government offices. He lost a bid for mayor in 2004 to Doug Coleman. Later that year, he received only 4 percent of the vote when he ran for Pinal County supervisor.
Nonetheless, he’s been a regular at City Council meetings for years.
“Apache Junction and I have a long history,” he said.
Part of the problem, Fisher claims, is that one of the witnesses to his pickupmotorcycle collision was City Councilman Joseph Severs. Fisher said he thinks Severs is part of the conspiracy against him.
But Severs, who said he was riding a motorcycle behind Dickerson when the collision occurred, said he wished he hadn’t witnessed the crash — and now he’d probably get sued over it.
“I find it really strange that anything that happens to him is a conspiracy,” Severs said. “I just witnessed an accident. Being part of a conspiracy is absolutely absurd.”
Fears of a lawsuit might be well-founded. The Apache Junction City Attorney’s Office estimated last year that the spate of lawsuits Fisher has filed over the years has cost Apache Junction nearly $70,000.
Fisher says filing lawsuits is the only way he can fight back.
“They know all about me,” he said. “They’re playing dumb and selectively enforcing the law.”

That in itself looks very sus. as it is an Election Case with different rules. Eg. expediency.
If you indeed said that to Elliott, you are clearly hedging your bets!
No wonder you support Bryan Martyn and all his "integrity!"
If you do lose fair and square or otherwise, and don't care to lose clearly you were not committed in the first place.
Mrs. Fisher, Shirley if I may,
I do speak frequently but not nearly as often as yourself and Elliot .. this is a public forum, yes..
Once again you resort to attacks ... while spouting civility
You were at the court house and took part in the conversation ..
Absolutely I support integrity .. I would think most people do
I never said I "didn't care" that I lost the election. .. Of coarse there was disappointment as I took quite a high number of votes and ran a good clean campaign. I worked hard but the results came in I'm able to accept the fact ...
The election results were not skewed in any way fashion or form .. it's over
Open elections/transparency absolutely .. . to prevent the lawsuits from continuing
And Shirley,
My dedication and commitment to serving my community is proven by my actions not spoken by my words ..

Truth and justice was served in the last Apache Junction election ..
So, yes it is a waste of taxpayer money to continue with frivolous lawsuits that will produce the identical outcome...
I lost the election fair and square and I'm ok with that ..
You were standing right next to Elliot when I told him if I thought for a split second there was anything illegal or skewed in the slightest with that election I would back him 100%. I don't ..
I agree 100% with open ballot counting if for no other reason than to stop Elliot from contesting every single election he lost fair and square and save the taxpayers money..

Pinal County Independent for Governor.
I support big guns! If elected I propose one Desert Eagle 357 for Every adult in Arizona.
I say a chicken in every pot and a big gun on every hip!
good luck with that......................................oh my gut hurts from laughing so hard.
Well at least you know you have 3,174 clueless people who will waste their vote on you.

This is Pipeman and I bring you late breaking news from a sleepy little area of Pinal County. Where the community has decided to go to the ballot box to vote on a name for itself.
The voting results are in............... San Tan Valley wins.
The way the "vote" was done is more representative of "voting" in a 3rd world country........
wait a minute......I think they might do it better.....
I don't agree with CD on anything else....
Fish-I expect your posts to become more polite and professional now that you might be running.... and IMO only I don't think "I would have done it better" will fetch more votes, but it might ya never know....

Ah yes, let's see .refer to the topic Pinal County Supervisor Bryan Martyn and the bogus vote for some real facts on this vote. Pipeman has a real problem with facts.
Funny thing is. I know the facts. You pull bits and pieces of this and that to make up the story you want to tell. I think what you really need to say is:
Whaaaaaaa, I wanted to pick the name. I don't want to be a city so I will lie till my face turns blue. Oh wait, it is blue.

Investigate all you want . I could care less what you do. I have a valid License in 8 states and can assure you I am far above reproach . Oh, from what I know already are you really sure you want to claim that you are above reproach? And who cares how many states you have a license in, it is what you do while performing your duties is what matters. Yes, we should really follow someone like Pinal Coutny supervisor Bryan Martyn who listens to Bambi and her children and her gang of five (I recall you, Pipeman, being in her gang). Yes, let's talk about 'duties'..
I will remind you there are 3,174 people that do care about my ideas . Wow and all those out of over 300,000 thousand people in Pinal County.......... Geesh the numbers just keep getting larger.whewww you certainly are somebody huhLOL, and you are who Pipeman, a person who has a pseuoname. What I run for is none of your concern. UMMMM, I am a residnet of Pinal County, so if you plan on running for something in the county... it is my business. I also own homes in AJ, therefore what you run for there is my business as well. And you did this while being a policeman and going to school? One must wonder how you could afford it.
It is your Constitutional right to vote your preference. Amen to that.
The forum says free speech. I will do it everyday 24/7 ! DIDDO. Right Pipeman, you make so much sense in most of the forums in which you speak ..NOT; you're just a minion for Bryan Martyn, just a minion
Now go find your Sunday club buddies and cry to them ! You certainly are a funny guy EF, Butr (Butr..is that a new word?) now you went and did it........ you hurt my widdle(Hmmm..another new word?) feelings As I said, go back to your AJ blog, stay out of San Tan Valley blog and take your whiner sister with ya. So called San Tan Valley, remember the BOGUS vote, Pipeman..it is not legal.. Geesh, I do hope that those from outside AZ who read this blog don't think that you represent all of us in Pinal County as that would be pitiful.

I don't know how Mary Schope would have approached this but I suspect not much different than Bryan. She had supported the Pinal County Partnership like Bryan.

Elliott, we don't have a so-called name pal, we are San Tan Valley.
Who really gives a rats arse what/how Mary would had handled the name vote, who really cares how Elliott would have handled it. Need I remind you that the only person who won that election was Brayn Martyn. He was the person the people voted into office to lead us.
There were amny names on the ballot and the leading name won. The people spoke and a name was chosen. PERIOD......
No asking if this area should incorporate should not have been on the ballot. It will not be brought to the people until all research is completed . And no Brayn has nothing to do with incorporation, the research is being done by the people. Bryan has NO say so in the matter.
By the tone of your post it sounds as though you are getting ready to run for office again. What office are you running for? You say that people should investigate those running before you vote for them correct? Well then I guess we should start our investigations with you. I myself and going to contact people I know in Illinois ( I will start out with family and friends that work with Star Hospice) I am sure they can lead me in the right direction to go to learn about when you were doing contract work for a hospice program.
